1. Scope

These terms apply to the APOLOGOS website and the iOS and Android apps provided by Mario Margarone, Kastanienweg 7, 74417 Gschwend.

2. Service

APOLOGOS offers editorial apologetics material, Bible and Qur'an reading, and tools to save and practise answers. Guest use is allowed. Saving needs an account. It is a study aid. It is not pastoral care, legal advice, or a substitute for reading the sources yourself.

3. Cost

Use of APOLOGOS is free. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase. Distribution through Apple or Google follows their store terms.

4. Content

Argument texts are editorial summaries of recorded exchanges. Scripture texts are bundled public-domain editions for reference. Video links lead to third-party sites. We do not warrant completeness or that every objection you meet is covered.

5. Your duties

Do not misuse the service (overload, scraping, injecting unlawful content).

6. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential duties, limited to typical foreseeable damage.

7. Final provisions

German law applies. If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force. The German text of these terms prevails.
